Onam Celebration

Our college, METCA Institute of Teacher Education, Chavarcode, celebrated the festival of Onam with great joy and enthusiasm. The campus was filled with vibrant colors, traditional attire, and the cheerful spirit of the festival.

The celebration began with the official inauguration by our Principal, Smt. Nisha S. Dharan, who shared inspiring words about the significance of Onam and its message of unity, joy, and prosperity.

In the afternoon, several fun games and activities were organized for students and teachers, bringing laughter and togetherness to the celebration.

The Onam celebration at METCA was a memorable day filled with happiness, togetherness, and cultural pride — truly capturing the essence of Kerala’s most cherished festival. 🌼

Hiroshima Day Assembly by Social Science Students As a social science student, I was really happy to be part of our department’s assembly held on Hiroshima Day. The whole programme was planned and presented by our social science group, and it turned out to be such a meaningful experience for all of us.
